Brewed to celebrathe the birthday of Craft Metropolis, The Extra Hoppy Bitter II revisits one of our favourite bitters of last year, this time using two american staples, Citra & SImoce. Aromas of citrus fruit, lychee and pine spice are backed up by a classic bitter malt backbone. A touch of malt sweetness balances the hop bitterness, resulting in a smooth, balanced yet complex beer.
