We got busy with some of our favourite hops to create this classically-styled West Coast Pale Ale. Chinook and Citra were used hot side before a judicious dry hop with more Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo. Expect a beer that's clean and bright with a depth of citrus hop flavour and a snappy bitterness.
